Broken/Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. We'll make every effort to get the problem corrected immediately. Claims for broken or damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery.


If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return. All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase. You’ll need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be received and processed. Send us an email at or call toll-free at 1-800-980-9884 to get your RMA. (Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted and may be destroyed.)

Please note items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Returns must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 10 days of receiving a RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned unopened and complete with original packaging.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request, this includes refused packages and packages marked "return to sender".

Cancelled Orders

We rapidly ship orders and cannot cancel an order once the fulfillment process has begun. Please request an RMA number and follow the procedure above to return unwanted items. reserves the right to update this return policy at any time.
